Rental Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the proper use and care of rented items during the rental period.


Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged, broken, or lost items may be subject to corresponding replacement or repair charges.


Delivery Schedule

Delivery and pickup schedules will be arranged during booking confirmation. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.


Reservation Confirmation

Bookings are only considered confirmed once both parties agree on the schedule, quantity, and delivery details.


Availability

All rentals are subject to availability on your preferred event date.


Clean and Ready-to-Use Equipment

All tables and chairs are cleaned and inspected before delivery to ensure quality service.
