By booking or renting from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Rental Agreement
All rental items (tables, chairs, and other equipment) remain the property of the company at all times. The customer is responsible for all items from the time of delivery until pickup or return.
2. Rental Period
Rental period is valid only for the agreed event date. Items must be returned or made available for pickup on the scheduled date and time. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment or agreed deposit must be settled before or upon delivery
- Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until reservation is confirmed
4. Delivery and Pickup
- We provide delivery and pickup services based on schedule and availability
- Delivery is subject to a minimum order requirement (if applicable)
- Customer must ensure access for delivery and pickup at the agreed location and time
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before preparation or delivery may be eligible for partial refund (if applicable)
- Cancellations on the day of delivery or after dispatch are non-refundable
- Deposits made to secure bookings are non-refundable
6. Damages and Loss
- Customer is responsible for any loss, damage, or missing items during the rental period
- Damaged items will be charged at replacement cost
- Items must be used properly and for their intended purpose only
7. Care of Equipment
- Tables and chairs must be used responsibly
- No standing, jumping, or misuse of rental items
- Items should be protected from fire, excessive weight, and harsh conditions
8. Cleaning and Return Condition
- Items should be returned in the same condition as delivered
- Excessive dirt, stains, or misuse may incur cleaning fees
- Proper stacking or arrangement during pickup is required when applicable
9. Liability
The company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of rented items during the event. Responsibility lies with the renter during the rental period.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, floods, typhoons, accidents, or government restrictions.
